FlrtAlert's Commitment to Preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Age Requirement
FlrtAlert is a dating app strictly intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use our platform. All users must confirm they are at least 18 years old during registration.
Prevention Measures
- Age verification is required at account creation
- Accounts suspected of being operated by minors are immediately suspended and investigated
- All user-uploaded content is subject to review and moderation
- Automated systems monitor for prohibited content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Users can report suspicious or inappropriate behavior directly within the app
Reporting and Enforcement
FlrtAlert maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAM and any form of child exploitation.
- Immediate account suspension and permanent ban
- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
- Cooperation with local, regional, and national law enforcement authorities
- Reporting to relevant regional authorities as required by applicable law
In-App Reporting
Users can report child safety concerns directly within FlrtAlert through:
- The Report button available on every user profile
- The Report option in any chat conversation via the overflow menu

Compliance
FlrtAlert complies with all applicable child safety laws including COPPA, PROTECT Our Children Act, EU GDPR provisions for minors, and Google Play's Families and Child Safety policies.
